I think Italy extracted the right to move troops across Yugoslavia (to Romania) earlier in the TL, and this has had the effect of bringing Yugoslavia closer to Italy's sphere of influence. I expect that any Yugoslav move would be tied in with an Italian move, unless of course the Yugoslavs look...
I notice that we are talking about a specifically "English" church. What is the relationship between this church and the remaining Celtic church in Ireland and northern Scotland?
The fact that Nottingham is still Nottingham Midland means that Victoria is presumably still open... as a former resident of East Leake my fingers are crossed that we get to to see what the GCR is looking like.

As an aside, I had always assumed that if a Rugby League-wank alternative history TL was going to be written by somebody from South Notts it would be me! (Grew up in East Leake, still ended up a RL fan).
