I don't think I'm going exactly that way with the Iconians. Their nemesis ITTL will be a completely new species and they'll be kept totally away from the Klingons, Romulans, Borg, Cardassians etc. We're going to have a surprise Star Wars announcement with the New Jedi Order in the next update...

He's in Die Hard with a Vengeance though. Die Hard 2 made a lot of money but was nowhere near as good as the original because Alan Rickman stole the show

I wouldn't change the greatest Christmas movie of all time too much. But I thought someone like Ron Perlman would be a perfect addition. Maybe Gruber survives somehow for Die Hard 2? None of the sequels had a villain nearly as compelling as Gruber

That is exactly what I'd imagine he'd look like and exactly what his uniform would look like as well. The battle scars on his face are a great touch

As for Star Wars I'm going to talk about the New Jedi Order in the next update and George Lucas' case of burnout after ROTJ

I also haven't mentioned Rick Berman until now because he's not involved in Star Trek yet ITTL. IRL Berman was there from the start of TNG He's a junior executive at Paramount here
