I was inspired by @Tex Arkana's map to make one for 2016 where every race votes the same, except the Black vote is reversed, with Trump getting 91.72%, and Clinton getting 5.01%. I decided to do that because Clinton got 94.8% of the two-party vote among Black voters, and I figured that was close...
I did notice while working with the source map that a couple of towns are missing in Pennsylvania, mostly ones that were enclaves inside larger cities.
A few months back I made a much larger map of the minor civil divisions in the Northeast and Midwest using a bunch of shapefiles. This might work a bit better.
You need to use an older version of whatever browser you use, because all major browsers have dropped their support for NPAPI, which is what Silverlight uses.
Wow. Great work! I've tried to do this in the past, but always struggled with the cities. This will be quite useful for some of the maps I have planned.
