The more I look at that "Canada", the worse it gets. The borders of the Republic of America snake quite far up the Saint Lawrence, to the point where Montreal is now American.
I love how the Nazis let Canada be "independent", but they give most of Southern Ontario and the Maritimes to the "Republic of America".

From what I'm gathering, Paradox is basically doing what they did in the transition from EU3 to EU4, where they carried most of the DLC features over from the previous game, but stripped out ones that were poorly implemented, or badly received.
