I know its pretty odd, but try to create the worst possible traffic jam. It doesn't matter where. It doesn't matter how unless its blatantly ASB. Explore what the reaction to it would be depending on the circumstances. Bonus points if the traffic jam reaches crisis levels.

Its an awesome concept, but I don't think MPAA would give it an R-rating. I don't think anything could get an r-rating without having copius swearing, sexuality, graphic violence, or having some other societal taboo.
If you choose to accept this challenge, you must have World War II occur in roughly the same fashion as in OTL. It is okay if you have a POD during World War II. Bonus points if you can get it to occur before 1950. More bonus points if you can get it to occur in 1946. Tons and tons of bonus...
