What would happen if germany had started developing tanks at the outbreak of the war insted of 1916 and tanks were used by the German earlier and more numerously?
One problem I have is I don't know the size of parthia at this time period(and the surrounding countries) so it is hard for me to see threats to parthia itself
The huns were not a confederation. They are simply multiple tribes and clans. They stayed this way for a long time. It was only unified under attila. Also since the huns are nomadic they do not stay in one place. Also nomads general stated near civilizations to trade (and maybe some raiding) so...
Chariots are inaccurate. You are more likely to smash into a wall in a chariot or slip of then riding on horseback. There was no advantages to horse chariots over horse riding.

Well that was a mistake by me. Mohammed's great great great whatever probably would have been killed. :p I still have to get my head around this whole butterfly thing.
So everything about islam forming or becoming a power was possible only because of the tribal system. Even if it did manage to form it would most likely be disorganized and would eventually die out due to it not having enough followers to make it spread or to even keep it stable.
OK how about parthia (they had part of Arabia at one time so if they survived they could have went after the rest. So let's say full conquest around 350 AD, and I do not know how it would last (Oh and the parthians were zoroastrian) but let's say Arabia is still in control of parthia as ether...
The Judean religion will survive. But what I ment not in Madagascar in south Africa. Vinland failed to survive even without tropical diseases. The people in Madagascar will likely be wiped out. However some of the population would survive in south/east Africa and spread their religion. Also...
