Surprised Kansas isn't more populated. It still has Kansas city, and I'm sure the coast will have a large new population. Kansas should at least have 4 EVs, maybe even 5.

"Para que Libertad y Honor" is not gramatically correct in Spanish. Also "libertád" is missing its accent. A lot of the names here are bulky and would be difficult to pronounce in spanish. The Partido de La U is good though.
