Though it's probably not as big a deal for me since I've got a number of novels and anthology books for WoD that I'm slowly reading through that I've acquired over the years from backing various WoD Kickstarters. So right now I'm really good for WoD stories.

Actually the World of Darkness and White Wolf sections of FF.Net have had a bit of a resurgence in WoD/CofD fics. Crossovers are a different matter and I've only seen a few worth reading.

Sure. Of course, there is a decent number of fics on FF.Net, under three different categories, White Wolf, World of Darkness and Vampire: the Masquerade. Though the latter is largely fics relating to the VtM Bloodlines video games. AO3 has a fair bit too though I'd frequent it as much...
