Very nice. Only problem with the flag is that the Polish eagle was some shading on it - you should be able to remove that with a vector program like Inkscape, assuming that the source image was Wikipedia.

Zator and Osweicim were also considered Bohemian Crownlands too in OTL and yet they were attached to Galicia so ITTL Zator and Osweicim can be returned to Opole-Raciborz in the Kingdom of Galicia.
