Clearly a yes, especialy if some of those serve as the basis of our later tank production.
Naturally especially in the center of our nation were they are more protected.

Yeah when we put former peasents and farmers into factories, quality training is essential.
Clearly all overall chemical and other industries have to be boostet that bring us more on pair with the Western Powers.
For that we also need to build even mroe roads, railways, airprots and whole infrastructure for towns first.

We should also bring tourism to our nation.
1. We should remodel the airships into smaller version that focus on showing our growing towns and cities while also showing our beautiful landscapes to both our allies and foreigners as well for those who prefer going at a slow pace and wants to be in the sky.
2. Building resorts along the Black Sea and Caspian Sea for our fellow comrades who doesn't want to support an oppressive boss in their homeland.
As for my vote, E+F would be the best options our growing nation but I think we should also train our citizens as to protect themselves in case we're invaded.

I also like airships as they are more flexible then trucks and trains, for large loads. Perhaps to better explore Siberia and bring resources to areas that don't have roads or tracks nearby.

Very true, but I also love the absurdly oversized airplanes, even if those are not very fast, or good for war ^^
E+F is the best option to better our army, we should first focus on improving our industry and having a secure base to make production for the army but once that's done we oughta modernize our army and it's doctrines and equipment ASAP, we never know when we could get caught with our pants down(like what happened in 1941) so it's better to be ready and prepared in case of anything. Not to mention that WW2 showed that mechanized units will be really important not only for combat but also supply carrying and logistics in general, those will be key in ensuring that any long distance offensives like Bagration will be successful

A) We've always had Mass, let's concentrate on Class as well (elite forces and special vehicles)+ C) Mass armed forces, but with spearhead elite specialised forces for breaktrough.+D) Tactics and Strategies are most important, train our Admrials and Generals aboard in the best academic institutions there are and then use that knowledge to build up our own ones at home+F) Only increase in mass once all our rebuilding from the Civil War is doen and we have build up sufficient industries to supplyall or most of our forces ourselves.

An idea just came to me, we should do a joint "Research & Develop Agreement" with our Eurasian partners and eventual allies as to counter the West.
Now that would be amazing as that would keep the airship to continue being around as well to counter the growing aircraft industry, maybe add jet engines...?Me too ^^

I liked the improved road and railways.
It will especialy long tearm, no so much problems like under planned economy, no Holodomor and other similar major problems created by the misplanning and authoritarian dictatorship like that.
