What is the perception of USSR in Germany right now? Im talking not only about population, but also various groups of interest - army, industrialists and so on.

Friendly to positive for all the cooperation and support, especially as most in Europe still oppose anything to do with Germany when they can do so. Communism is not viewed as total evil as it was in Germany since the Revolution and the Socialist Government has lead to more talks of Socialism and Communism working together in the elections and governments of soem german states openly without it creating a massive backlash from right-wing groups and parties alike.
That should be part of the free trade in the New Silk Road agreement to begin with, especialy to make all participating more independent from the Americans, British and French globally.

I think in short term there is not much what we can, as Britain has just established Imperial Federation, but in the long term there will be a fight between USRR and Britain and their allies about control over Euroasia, so free and independent India will be our goal
Clearly that is the plan to bost of this long-term.
True, especially as the Imperial Federation doesn't fix all issues with the Empire, neither did the Commonwealth and some internal rivalries and mistrust will remain.

For now mainly impacting art and architecture in the Soviet Union itself, slowly across the New Silk Road within the next decades, while the main Socialist Religions are organised along state religion lines to keep them in line with our new nation and our revolutionary ideas overall.

There will be a attempt to unify it all under our leading branch and draw further cooperation between us and these Buddhsit groups later on, also a plan to unify these Socialist Religions under one major branch completely inside the Soviet union given time.

The Far Right in Germany is split, they like how we trade and militarily cooperate with them, when nobody else will, but dislike that they neither trust us, or their own socialist--communist government coalition one bit.
