Missing Cyprus, independent Newfoundland.
UK's colour doesn't match the Mon-Fri colour - maybe it's those working days but different hours??
Not sure what's happening with Sakhalin - the outline is coloured for Mon-Fri but the interior apparently has no data.

The Netherlands appears to have a mountainous coastline, which is ... unexpected.
And what's that country on the African coast, between Libya and Egypt, south of Massive Crete?

Depending on the year, the Finnish borders might be correct, since the northern part was gained in the Peace treaty of Tarto 1920.
