Given TD 191 close but not quite parallelism I say they ate probably OtL Ranger and her never built sister

Hey @Hexcron, would it be possible to request a portrait of Emmanuel Sellars, the CSA Secretary of War at the start of the Great War? He is, as far as I know, also the only C. S. minister of the Wilson and Semmes cabinets mentioned in the books.
His description is that of being a "portly man with a beard similar to George V". Also, it's best that he be a man in his late 40s/early 50s considering he's a fictional character born after the POD.

Seems relatively like that to me. I can't remember anything about his description that comes from the books that contradicts what I made.
What if the Confederacy wasn't able to put up nearly as hard of fight in the Great War? Thanks to these two heavily damaging their economy and population of able body fighting men? Basically imagine if Germany only had too fight just two powers without propping up other powers.
