The Russian Good Times was a period in which the russian republic went rapidly from being one of the world poorest nation to one of the wealthiest for example the average russian worker during the 60s made around 5,500 ruble per year which is equivalent to about 250 USD and meanwhile an average worker from the 80s and 90s could make up to 155,000 ruble per year which is roughly about 45,000 USD.
Many factors contributed to the growth like the heavy and agresive push for heavy indistrialization, economic help from the US,expanding the republic growing industry (like vladivostok motors and dalvazod the republic largest car and ship manufacturer respectively). Homever this period is not without controversy as the Union of 17 October better known as Octobriat controlled the goverment until the resignation of president yeltsin from a corruption scandal and alongside this the goverment repressed any sort of movement that is deemed to hamper the economic development and most importantly the problem buryatia began in this period as the RFP tried to overthrow the buryatian provincial goverment in a period known as the "Buryatia Troubles".

The Russian Good Times also brought in a period of spending as the general public now with their newfound wealth began to buy more which drove the food and domestic manufacturing of the republic into overdrive it is reported that in the 80s every general store in the republic is always full of goods no matter if its located in siberia, the border with the soviet union or in the bustling metropolis like vladivostok and khabarovks. Many private company like the produce giant Uncle Khruschev Produce, the large canning corporation Khabarovsk Canning Company and the car giant Vladivostok Motors contributed heavily to this period.
