Risto Ryti, 5th president of Finland in years 1940 - 1952

During Ryti's presidency Finland managed to defeat Soveit Union and the country gained East Karelai, Viena Region (OTL Karelian Republic) and Kola. Altough Finland was now in peace it had anyway great problems to integrate new conquests to Finland and Karelia saw much of partisan activities. Altough Finland was more or less under German influence, Ryti managed to keep Finland somehow democratic and tried provide much better treatment for Jews and Russians altough Russians weren't treated as equal with Finnish speakers. Through his first tems (1940 - 1946) Ryti tried held strict neutrality policy. But German troops left Finland only just in 1949. Finland managed to deal with its own partisan activities providing some rights to Russians and commiting some military activities.

Ryti's second term Finnish economy begun to improve altough slowly. Situation in Eat Karelia became more peaceful but integration of population wasn't quiet easy. Finland anyway managed to reject German demands do something with their Jewish and Russian minorities which Ryti strcktly refused knowing that their fate would be really terrible. On foreign politics Ryti tried keep good relationships with USA and Britain but it wasn't easy due close relatinships with Germany.

Ryti didn't seek anymore third term and he retired after '52 presidential election. Ryti died in 1960, only few months after end of Hot War.

Airo_A_F.jpg

Aksel Fredik Airo, 6th president of Finland in years 1952 - 1958

Airo acted as cheif of Mannerheim's staff during Continuation War. Later Airo helped to organise activities against partisans in East Karelia. He worked as commander of Finnish Armed Forces after Mannerheim's resignation. In 1952 Airo was elected as president of Finland. Airo's presidency saw practising of same neutrality politics what was already practised since mid-1940's. When Hot War broke out in 1954 Airo and Finnish government begun to take distance from nazi regime altough it didn't commit total cutting off of relationships. Airo too allowed operations of Allies happening near of Finnish territorial waters despite Hitler's pressure stop them. In 1957 Airo decided not seek second term despite being quiet popular. Historians discuss still nowadays reasons behind his decision. Most probable explanation is that he wanted Finland seriously taking steps towards Allies since it was clear that Germany can't win the war and he hardly couldn't do that with believealble way.

Karl-August_Fagerholm.jpg

Karl-August Fagerholm, 7th president of Finland in years 1958 - 1970

Fagerholm has alwasy been very critical over nazi regime of Germany. This pretty much ruined his all chances in politics through 1940's and first years of 1950's. He managed anyway make slow rise as visible figure. Finally in 1958 he was elected as president of Finland. One of first acts Fagerholm totally and permanentally cut off all ties with Germany. Fagerholm too provided government give full citizen rights to Finnish Russian minority and make Russian official minority language. Later Finland entered to United Nations and became clearly western nation. Finland too created relationships with freed nations.

One of markable change was too adoption of direct popular voting on presidential election. Fagerholm was elected to second tem in 1964. His second term saw growing economy and more stable politics. Military budget too was lowered to its lowest level since 1930's.

The December Blitz 1958 left 11,000 Londoners died in the missile strike. 3,500 pounds of nerve gas were dispersed across the British capital, including three members of Her Majesties Government, the senior most being the Chancellor of the Exchequer, who was killed, along with his senior deputy.

Wouldn't the F-4E Phantom have been a better pictorial representation to use here, given that CalBear seems to have suggested that the ATL F-4 was cannon-armed from the outset?

The F4 WILL have a Gatling Cannon, the experiences in this war have shown that guns are still needed on anything that may engage in air-to-air.

Jerusalem, captial of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan

Jerusalem was after WW1 capital of Palestine Mandate. There was attempts to establish Jewish state on early 1960's but that was total failure since from nazi occupied regions wasn't enough of surviving Jews. This was basically end of Zionism and Palestine was incorporated to Jordan. Government and royal family soon moved there from Amman. The city grew soon quiet large city thanks of new wave of tourism to the kingdom. Jordan has developed quiet stable nation altough there is several different factions who ar ejust waiting when A4, which is ffectively guarding peace in Middle Eat, disappears. The kingdom has too quiet good economy living standards being OTL Greece. In 1960's most of Palestinian Jews moved to USA and Britain but there is still living some of thousands Jews, speciality in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. Government gives them to live on peace and practise their own culture altough many Arab nationalists and some Muslim leaders oppose their existence in Middle East.

Holocasut Memorial in Tel Aviv, Jordan

Tel Aviv is probably only city/town in the world where majority of residents are Jews. Due massive Jewish emmigration in 1960's the city was almost abandoned but many remaining Jews later re-settled that. Jordan govertnment allowed some special rights to Jews of the city. In 1993 Amecian Jews helped to give moneytary funds for creation of Holocaust memorial for millions of Jews who perished on Holocast. Nowadays Tel Aviv is quiet small town and about 80 % of its residents are Jews. It is too assumed that about 70 % of Jordan Jews are living there.

Occupation and genocide memorial in Warsaw, Poland. It was created in 1978 for memory of millions of killed Polish Jews and Poles during German occupation. Some claim that it is on spot where stood Great Synagogue but no one can be quiet sure since so much of Warsaw was destroyed and almost any old building couldn't be reconstructed. Poland and Polish people are still feeling deep trauma from 20 years lasted horrible tyranny. And even they who were born long time after the war, are feeling these traumas.

One of the only images purported to show the first of the three kinetic projectiles that impacted the city of Stettin on April 17th, 2007, ending the Prussian War. Each projectile released roughly 57.5 kilotons of energy per impact. The strike, which resulted in over 185,000 civilian casualties, remains controversial to this day, with nearly 38% of American civilians surveyed in a Gallup poll disapproving of the strikes and a further 27% considering it a war crime, as of 2017. The official position of the United Nations Supreme Council, absent India, is that the Bombardment of Stettin was legally justified.

Franklin D. Roosevelt's presidency wa<sn't very easy. Even FDR himself has commented that his presidency was probably most difficult since Abraham Lincoln's presidency. Firstly him had deal with the Great Depression. Then USA was drawn to WW2. After fall of Soviet Union in 1943, him had eventually accept that Wallies can't take Europe for now and so there was partial armistice with nazi Germany. Him had anyway yet deal with Japan. All of these tobles caused just futher stress and damaged the presiden't health. In 1944 he decided not seek fourth term. Truman was elected as president. FDR died only some months after Truman's inaugration.

Harry%20S.%20Truman.jpg

Harry S. Truman was elected as POTUS in 1944 after defeating Thomas E. Dewey. Him had continue FDR's combat against Axis altough with Germany it was just some naval combat but at least not actual war. But war against Japan still continued. But it was anyway defeated. After Pacific War Truman begun actions against nazis. He passed several legistatures which limited business with Germany and its clients and allies. Truman too gave "Truman Doctrine" which stated USA fighting against nazism everywhere and not allowing Germany getting any more influence anywhere. Truman too desegregated US armed forces. His presidency was quiet succesful and in 1953 he left presidency pretty popular.

Joseph P. Kennedy Jr. (1915 - 1996)

Kenendy served during WW2 on US Air Forces. Firstly he served in Europe but later he was deployed to Pacific and participated to Operation Downfall.

After military service Kennedy run to politics with support of his father Joseph P. Kennedy Sr. In 1946 he was elected to US senate as Democrat. He adopted staunch anti-nazi stance. He managed to make clear separation from his father's pro-nazi views. The younger Kennedy too managed to express his regret over his some pro-nazi remarks on 1930's.

In 1952 Kennedy announced running as president despite his young age. He anyway managed to defat Robert A. Taft whom isolationist views didn't help Taft any. Kennedy continued Truman's politics. In 1954 United States had enter to full bolwn war when Luftwaffe bombed several cities in United States and Britain. That became really horrible phase on battle against nazism. But Kennedy managed to keep Americans behind of that which wasn't really difficult since almost every American hated nazis. USA and Britain anyway managed to defeat Germany and bring peace and liberty to Europe altough the continent was extremely ruined.

Kennedy too won his third term in 1960. Third term Kennedy used for creation of post-war new order. It saw re-creation of Eruopean countries which were liberated ftom nazi tyranny and establishment of United Nations. USA and Britain became effectively world police which guarded and are still securing world peace and making sure that any nation is not commtting genocides. Kennedy's third term too saw USA entering to space with launching of first satelite.

Kennedy didn't run anymore 4th term stating that he has done everything what has promised and it is time to return to normalcy and normal cycle of presidencies. He was succeeded by Barry Goldwater, first Republican in White House in 32 years ending long lasted Democrat era in White House. After his presidency Kennedy travelled around the countriy and visited in several countries speaking importance for maintaining new order and enforcing of world peace. He published his memoirs in 1976.

Americna bison photographed in Bavarian Administrative Region in 2014

At end of Hot War Germany was so deeply filled by anthrax bacteria, that it killed local animals and population. In 1960's Americans begun to plant American bisons due their very strong immunity against the disease. This helped Germans get food what they needed due extreme loss of local animals and other food reserves.

Later these animals were planted to Poland and Ukraine since European bison, close relative of American one went to extinction at end of 1950's. These animals have quiet well fitted to European enviromnent and bison steaks are in some places really popular.

Probably only survived photo from Hitler's funeral in June 7th, 1959. Hitler got severe stroke almost one year earlier and never recovered. Himmler took leadership altough he didn't dicleare himnself as führer before Hitler's death. Exact circumstances around Hitler's death are still nowadays unclear since no one his medical staff and other close people didn't survive from disastrous fall of Berlin. Allies made controversial decision not dissturb Hitler's funeral directly but immediately after the sevice was over they begun actions again. Hitler's body was put to small mausoleoum near of New Chancellery. Due too high risk of anthrax and other chemicals Allies couldn't ever reach the place and so Hitler's body is still there in the city which was totally quarantined from rest of the wworld with massive wall.

In 2010's there has been made several medical analyses from Hitler's health. From photos and video tapes from end of 1940's and 1950's it is conclused that Hitler suffered from serious health problems and possibly Parkinson's disease. But since Hitler's body is still impossible to reach safely, anyone couldn't make direct analyses from his body.

Surprised no-one has thought about sending some robots into the Berlin exclusion zone to recover Hitler's body...

Why would people want to do that?

There's a LOT of stuff worth trying to salvage from Berlin - Adolf's corpse, which is probably rotted to nothing, isn't high on that list.

Since Berlin has built to swamland, many buildings are probably already collapsed. So Hitler's body hardly is even recognsible anymore. Only just skeleton in best if even that much.

You don't come OUT of the Quarantine Zone. The guard force tries to stop anyone from getting in, and generally succeeds, but they won't chase someone past the inner wall perimeter. You get in, you're in. You won't get out. Too hazardous for everyone outside the walls.

There are all sorts of valuable things in the ruins, gold bullion, jewelry, lots of items that collectors would pay through the nose to acquire. Not going to be coming out, not for a few thousand years.
