It's the restoration of the originally planned Balkan War division of Macedonia - the problem arose after Austria threw a hissy fit over what's now Albania and basically threatened total war if Serbia didn't retreat. Meanwhile primarily Serbian troops were occupying Macedonia. So, the Serbian government wanted to renegotiate the division of Macedonia to compensate for the unexpected loss of Albania and the resulting landlock. But then the Bulgarians got really pissed. So the thing was taken to the Russian Emperor to decide. But instead of waiting for the final decision, the Bulgarians attack, and trigger the Second Balkan war.

Anyways, there's no way that scenario would unfold - a lot of Serbian generals wanted to basically raze Sofia to the ground and annex it and then send the rest of Bulgaria back to the stone age over their actions in southeast Serbia, and Albania was officially a neutral state.

Except for, well, the complete hatred and resentment towards the world that permeates the whole ideology.
Examples of how bad it goes? Their leader says the jews should shut up about the Holocaust because the Kingdom of Israel commited genocides centuries ago. This is coming from a man that is always screaming about how the Native American Genocides give him a moral right to wanting to get rid of the western heritage of his own country and spread his crusade to his neightboors to completely reshape their cultures and force them to break contact from the external world to start a "fully independant development".
And well, this pic here is his end goal. The "colonial states" of Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador are no more, the Neo-Tawantinsuyo has born and they also have managed to fulfill their ancestor's dreams by conquering parts of Chile and Argentina.
Don't forget how despite their rants about how Modern Peru and Bolivia are colonial faux-states, they are perfectly glad to keep territory that wasn't part of the Inca Empire

According to this treaty , Chukotka is a Spanish province and Siberia is an "Eastern" Brazil.

A Monsieur Z video turned up in my recomendeds on YouTube a few minutes ago. Whilst I know about his reputation, it was interesting enough for me to look into, since I was not aware of all of these things -

President James Buchanan planned on buying Alaska in order to turn it into a Mormon colony. He also wanted to establish protectorates over Sonora and Chihuaha.

The Italians also objected to Albania becoming part of Serbia.

Republic of Independent Macedonia, as intended by Germany in 1944, just after Bulgaria's capitulation. It would encompass the Yugoslav territories annexed by Bulgaria during the war:
