I don't think I've ever seen a more strange and disgusting way to partition Austria-Hungary. Also Prussia doesn't include Prussia for some reason.

I did notice it said that, but the thing is this is definitely an adaptation of a printed map made during the war and I could've sworn there was at least a similar-looking Russian map somewhere in this thread. No big deal either way, really.It's French (take a look at the title in the map)

Indeed, in an Axis victory scenario, Croatia would probably be very cannibalized. The Ustashe conduct was so appalling, that the Italians secretly started to support and aid the Dinara chetniks (a fact the Communists would later use). Germans didn't go as far, but would avoid working with the Croatian troops like the plague often. There are letters from Serbian prisoners how they pray that the Germans take them to Germany as forced labor instead of letting them stay in the Croatian camps.
In one notable occasion, the Stari Brod massacre, where a bunch of Ustashe started slaughtering refugees trying to cross the Drina. It was so bad some deliberately went in deep and drowned just to not fall in their clutches. According to witnesses and survivors, Nedićevci and Germans on the other side of the river tried to rescue many. Literally going against their own "ally."
Plus, Italy wants more Dalmatia, and Hungary wants sea access. Germany would want to hide it's own atrocities to make themselves look at least slightly presentable. The continued existence of the basket case that was the NDH is literally incompatible with any of these goals.

By accident I stumbled across a group claiming to be a Switzerland-based Kurdish government-in-exile called the United States of Kurdistan (link to their website). It advocates for a greater Kurdish state with close ties to Israel, the EU (to include a Turkey "ruled by genuinely democratic values developed in civilized society"), and the US.
These are the proposed borders for this USK.
As you can see, it'd be massive and have access to the Mediterrean, the Black Sea, the Caspian Sea, and the Persian Gulf. I also wonder if this state advocates that the portions of Iran cut off from the metropole get annexed by neighboring states...
While looking through all the Kurdish state ideas in this thread, I just noticed that only one of them (the Treaty of Sevres) one has ever been QBAMed. That's statistically quite odd.
