So let's say in an Alternate Timeline Jose de San Martin, Simón Bolivar Agustin de Iturbide and Miguel Hidalgo and don't rise to power, perhaps they die of they don't stand out enough, what are other options for liberators of South America?

As far I understand for places like the area of New Granada and Venezuela Francisco de Paula Santander, Antonio Nariño and Francisco de Miranda could be the main liberators but my knowledge is insufficient to tell who would be best suited to be the liberators for the rest of South America.

Francisco Antonio de Zela led an uprising in Tacna against the Spanish authorities, but the revolt was swiftly crushed since he had no reinforcements. However, if the Buenos Aires government defeats the Royalists at the Battle of Huaqui, right next to Lake Titicaca, then they can come to Zela's assistance and solidify the rebels' control of southern Peru.

That sounds very interesting, could his revolt had worked by his own or was Peru too royalist for it to work?

Mateo Pumacahua led an uprising in Cusco in 1814. If the rebels consolidate their control of Tacna, he may revolt earlier and potentially allow all of Peru south of Cusco and Ica to fall into independist hands. Then it'd be a matter of taking Lima, which I believe could be possible since the Spanish are fighting in multiple fronts, from Mexico to Chile, and their situation is even worse ITTL.

Yeah I imagine he would be able to at least secure most of Peru before moving to Bolivia, maybe he could get some amount of help from the north or in case things have gone wrongly send an army up there to help.

Tupac Amaru II seems like a very interesting guy to lead a neo-incan empire. maybe a son survives and takes up the mantle during the latin american revolutionary wars. Alongside Brazil, Peru-Bolivia also becomes a monarchy. An overtly pro-native state would be an anomaly in Latin America at the time.

Fernando (his ten year old son) is the perfect candidate for this, he was barely ten at the time so he would be the right age to become the inca of peru bolivia.

Better yet, have him capture Cusco immediately after his initial victory, while it was still vulnerable, instead of going into the countryside to gather more recruits for his army. After that, he could cooperate with Túpac Katari to take La Paz, thus ensuring that the entire Altiplano falls in rebel hands.

Have some British give some support (the ARW was still going on at the time), and boom, a neo-Inca Empire led primarily by criollos but where the indios also have a voice, namely the monarch.
