I can't wait to see the looks when his parents proudly proclaim he's learning about the historic Second American Civil War to their friends.(1) Wait until it goes on sale on Steam. Since you will have a better chance at convincing them to buy you something that is cheaper.
(2) Tell them that HOI4 helps you develop an interests in and learn more about world history.
(3) If they have doubts, show them some of the screenshots of the game with all the maps, charts, and numbers, and go, 'See? This is a great educational tool, and does not have things such as sexual or violent content that you might find objectionable at all!'.
Good luck!

People say this but I've never had an issue in terms of reliability just look at the people who're rated as trustworthy though obviously, their prices are probably higher. Not sure what people mean about the shadiness though.Don't use G2A, it's infamously shady and unreliable.

Yes.Would consumerism exist in a Syndicalist economy?
The government might be suspicious of it, and it might not be so fetishized as in OTL, but it would exist in some form.Would consumerism exist in a Syndicalist economy?
One that that I have always found very interesting about the syndicalists in the KR world is that based on what we see and as reflected by in-game events such as if Ireland decide to go all out and invite EVERYONE to invest in their economy (Including the UoB and CoF), unlike the OTL USSR or most communist states, the syndicalists are actually good at producing genuinely high quality consumer goods that are at least as competitive against their capitalist counterparts from say Canada or Germany. In the aforementioned Irish event, for example, the UoB can actually set up an overseas branch of one of their automotive trade union operated car factory in Ireland, with it giving you just as much bonus civilian factories as a factory owned by a German corporation.Would consumerism exist in a Syndicalist economy?
Imperial Germany was many things, and it was most certainly genocidal - the Herero and Namaqua genocide, while billed as a suppression of native rebels, featured concentration camps and human experimentation. “Wholesome 100 Vorbeck” was ironically also involved in this, and the Kapp Putsch - an attempt by German nationalists and monarchists to overthrow the republican government in 1920.The Genocidal part, I don't know enough to judge... Seems to me though that Imperial Germany was not so different from the other colonial empires of the time, which rarely ever went genocidal. Did pretty dickish moves sure but that's a colonial empire for you.
To be completely honest, this is not epic, I repeat, this is not epic
I like the idea of this new update in that they are finally turning the two most commonly used recommended strategies when playing as the US, and making them into actual mechanics with in-lore justification, without it feeling too meta when it is the player doing so manually.
I personally dislike the first half, but the refinements to coring and state control are excellent improvements IMO.I like the idea of this new update in that they are finally turning the two most commonly used recommended strategies when playing as the US, and making them into actual mechanics with in-lore justification, without it feeling too meta when it is the player doing so manually.
