Did somebody say Hashemite Kingdom of Hejaz?!!!! I love that. This makes me very happy.
I don't know why, I just REALLY like the kingdom of Hejaz (probably mainly because I like the borders)
Hell yeah

Also, I would imagine a considerable amount of American influence in modern Patagonian cuisine if US fast food is even nearly as big a thing as OTL, though so far, I don't know what you have in mind.
Yeah, but American fast food isn't really "traditional" for Patagonians so I didn't include it, but yes, American food is consumed all over the world just like IOTL

What about Germany, for example? Was it ever united, and if yes, is it still an Empire? Are there free and fair elections in most European nations?
Yes to all. Due to different shenanigans in the Great Wars the monarchy survived, but was eventually neutered in the same way Japan's was after WW2, with the Kaiser only remaining as a "symbol of the state" with no power even in the event of the Reichstag deadlocking, and the constituent monarchies were probably yeeted or relegated to being members of a powerless "Oberhaus" of the Reichstag, with the states being reorganized into something more logical. And the elections are free and fair, with a system probably similar to my old TL's Germany just with a Kaiser that does literally nothing

Germany did lose Alsace-Lorraine, Saarland, all of Schleswig (but not Holstein), and the Posen area at various points though

So Greater Croatia (West Yugoslavia?) is fascist, far-right totalitarian. Are there any other such clerico-fascist (or otherwise totalitarian far-right) nations? Who would be allied to this insane Croatia once under the yoke of Poglavnik Ante Pavelić?

Croatian majority Yugoslavia!
Yep. It's partially because Serbia is a separate country and therefore most Serbs live in Serbia, but there were a lot of dark chapters in Croat-led Yugoslavia's history

What kind of crazy messed-up world is this?
A quite cursed one

Yep

Well there's Spain which is a Carlist absolute monarchy, Russia which is corporatist fascist, Kongo (spelled with a K) which claims to be a "democracy" but is actually ruled aristocratically by a white Swedish elite (as Sweden colonized it due to the lack of a Belgium)

Who would be allied to this insane Croatia once under the yoke of Poglavnik Ante Pavelić?
Spain if anyone probably. They don't have many friends, and right-wing war hawk politicians in the US are foaming at the mouth to invade Yugoslavia and overthrow Paraga

So we're might see something of a reverse version of the OTL breakup of Yugoslavia? That is, a Fascist, Croat-led Yugoslav state being attacked by the Americans, presumably allied with Bosniaks and likely Serbs rather than a nominally Socialist, albeit turning towards nationalism, Serb-led Yugoslavia being at war with Bosniak, Albanian, and Croatian groups that are allied with the US and NATO.

What became of Italy, then? Could it also be fascist or far-right, or maybe communist/far-left?

Which type? Socialist, traditionalist, or Francoist?
Very traditionalist, but they may have some socialist elements as well. Franco was probably just some random high-ish-ranking army officer ITTL (because I don't really like including him in my TLs tbh)

Is Austria still a monarchy by the present?
Yeah, their monarch is still called the "Kaiser" of Austria as well, even though Austria is an empire in name only. Also the Austrian Kaiser has almost no power (still more than the German Kaiser though, think the Austrian Kaiser is like the OTL Dutch king and the German Kaiser is like the OTL Japanese emperor), and Austria is a parliamentary democracy in terms of actual functioning

-partially retconned-

Patagonian election? What are you talking about? Today's update is a former US Secretary of Labor

Bonus points if you can pinpoint who he was IOTL
