AHC: Surviving Transcaucasian Democratic Federative Republic

The Transcaucasian Democratic Federative Republic was was a short-lived South Caucasian state extending across what are now the modern-day countries of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, plus parts of Eastern Turkey as well as Russian border areas. Your challenge is to make it survive from 1918 to at least 1960, and preferably till the modern day.

Additionally, bonus points if the Ukrainian People's Republic, Far East Republic or any other nationalist movements of the Russian Civil War remain independent.

It could probably be forcefully held together during the Soviet Union easily, but if events still occur the same way then when the USSR collapses it too will, like Yugoslavia, although due to the conflict Russia might also be able to invade it and conquer it or at least parts of it.

I once thought up a TL where a Qajar Iran which got a late second wind was able to hold the state together at gunpoint so as to have a buffer between it and the USSR.

On the other hand keeping them together keeps them dysfunctional and dependant on Persian arbitration.
And it also makes them a shitty buffer state. And this is the Qajars. They are Azerbaijani. They won't miss an opportunity to bring their bring their brethren under one ruler, uniting formerly Russian Azerbaijan with Iranian Azerbaijan.

Not to mention, wasn't Armenia and Georgia also considered part of Persia?

Kinda makes it seem they'd be more inclined to have the state as a whole annexed really.
