Some islands off the northern coast of Russia
Some islands off the northern coast of Japan
Chad (I couldn't really find any accurate sources, also the small patch of grey is Sahelian religion (relating to Chad's geographic position).
On the southern Kuril Islands today exist almost zero japanese people. Shintoists are very difficult to find there.
A good first step could be putting the bits and pieces together . I see Blacklisted keeps adding patches, but putting them into one file could be a useful way to help out
Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia. That is it. The entire world is finished up. Now all there is to do is wait for @Tomislav Addai to compile everything together.
