Who are liberation - another workers movement ? Capitalists? Capitalists who can just about pass of Socialists?
According to the writeup, a splinter party calving off of Thomas's disintegrating bloc led by a sci-fi writer.

The closest to capitalist are the Free Socialists and their market socialism.
Glad their share is low, I assume they're also the least militant faction?
Both Free Socialist and Farmer-Worker are moderates in different ways, and anti war if I read correctly. Liberation is probably in between, being militant about erasing capitalist structures, but probably not that committed to war since they're an offshoot of Free Socialist.
I came up with something.
Moseley on KR can have a gameplay to a certain extent like Goering on The New Order mod. Both are the military men leading a country while another larger group (the army for Goering and the corporations for Moseley) pulls the strings. If the player as Moseley decides to take the expansionist route, he can have a similar scenario to someone as Goering on the New Order, albeit less destructive. This stratocratic corporate USA invades Canada, Mexico, the caribbean, annex those countries and treat them as colonies, sucking their resources and using the people as cheap labour for the corporations, on a manner similar to Goering with the Reichkomissariats minus the cultural and populational colonization.
The main diference however is that Moseley doesn't directly rules the economy like Goering and he is expanding his power towards the conquered lands, not stripping them (he is stripping the rights of the people there). Goering invades Hungary to move the industry there back to germany, loot the goods and use the population as slave labour while colonizing the country. Moseley invades Mexico and flood with american corporations to use the cheap labour to extract the most profit to increase the USA economical output. On this case he is a toned down version of Goering.

I don't know why, but it seems like the timescales for most HOI4 mods are insane.
All the Kaiserreich offshoots have been in development for ages, even Edelweiss has taken over a year.

As a former dev on Kalterkrieg (Maybe still a honorary dev? Not sure) I can say that a lot of the time is because of changes on personnel.
We come up with some great lore, and then someone new comes in with some different views and we revise it, and then more new people replace the old people who left and we revise it again, and then we revise it once more.
The ship of Theseus is a real thing, at least in my experience.
I'm surprised a project like that would be so open to shifting course so many times.

I'm probably just gonna end up playing Liangguang or Left-KMT, maybe Qing for the "Puyi tries his hand at actual ruling and fucks everything up" value, but man, it's awesome!
