A lot of younger writers tend to make characters with excessive abilities, either in real life or in an established fictional setting, and have them "fix" things, often without any real difficulty or opposition.

OK. But being intelligent and knowledgeable brings advantages especially when nobody can match you. What would happen if a person from the present day who knew how to build any modern technology and it's prerequistes and could speak latin went back in time to 1 AD? The character does not speak Russian.

So why was the US allowed to invade and conquer Egypt, Venezuela, and Saudi Arabia? Why did Jacky allow for millions upon millions of people to die to American wars of conquest? Why did Jacky not end the Aparteid System in South Africa? You mention earlier that Jacky is very "pro liberal," and so why would she allow both of those? Why would she allow the United States, a nation that is now an aggressive hyper capitalist society, to establish powerful bases on the Soviet border? Wouldn't the United States try to wrest control of the USSR away from the RSSR? What about groups like the Taliban and Al Qaeda? What of China and India? Both nations are extremely powerful and advanced and given the right circumstances could eclipse even the USA? Are they in an anti-USSR entente? What about rising middle power states such as Indonesia or Nigeria or Brazil? Why wouldn't they feel surrounded as the USSR now constricts them like a snake?

Let's say phasing out communism, introducing capitalism and enstablish a monarchy...without having a misterious and very lethal incident as first thing; technology way beyond our own in the 80's as a second thing; nations willingly and happyly become protectorate of this Russia and this include the USA as a third thing
