The base and its underground bunker continued to be in operation throughout World War Z, where it monitored the use of nuclear weapons during the Iran-Pakisan FUBAR and the Second Chinese Civil War. The base also housed some cabinet members and high ranking military officers.

British Armed Forces and Falkland Island Defence Force conduct anti-Z training.
