Nice work! Just wondering, is the area in Tokyo near that bay actually composed of these couple of subdivisions, or were there smaller subdivisions that were too dense?

Zakarpattja was actually completed. Also I had Kovel claimed, but I'd be happy to relinquish my Ukraine claims to you (Although it seems you've just done second level divisions, I believe we're doing third level though? May want to check with Klime

That is not Kovel / Kowel. That's Volyn Oblast (headed from Lutsk / Łuck).

Well. I couldn't find third level divisions. Do you know a website that has any? Also you can do third level. It's ok.

The third levels for Ukraine should be on the overlays, Carpathian Ruthenia and Budjak are already complete.
