Holy moly, @Kanan, that's AMAZING! Absolutely love the European series, but I was not expecting that level of detail as you have in the Germany post. Absolutely awesome!

Lake Compounce 2007 Opening day!

And Battle for Deep Space Nine opens with no problems and to grand fanfare. 2008 will bring Wipeout, a Chance Rides model of the same name going in Main Street West.

Wait! I have a serious question! (Not really serious):

Is there star trek voyager ITTL, and if there is, is Seven of Nine still hot?

I just noticed that Kampuchea has a democracy index of 4-5, and a human rights record other than "no data." Hopefully this an indication that at least it's not the North Korea of TTL...

By the way, that Germany entry...just wow. Lang lebe das Deutsche Reich, frei und demokratisch!

Not included in the article: the long string of multilingual obscenities directed at Carbone after the budget passed.

Only by 5 votes with a supermajority pretty much, wow.

Anyway it would be in the best interests of the SDP and Labour to come to some kind of agreement to either bring forth no confidence if they feel that strongly or when the next election rolls around, agree to work together in government because both parties are just cannibalising each other it seems.

If Alliance needs 72 to win and they only have 70, then who are they going to partner with?
Probably close enough to a majority that they could run a stable minority government and negotiate bill-by-bill, especially if they elect a Speaker from one of the Opposition parties.

Alliance had an informal agreement with the Working Families Party, and they said as much to form a coalition. It's widely expected that Harris will become Deputy Premier and that a Working Families MGA will be elected as speaker.

This was also an option that was considered.
