I don’t think the US would tolerate a pro-Reich government existing in that close of a proximity to their own sphere of influence.
The one thing I can't never get is how Italy control not just Ethiopia, but all of Sudan. Its just impossible even within Fatherland.

I would think that Africa is firmly in the hands of the United States, who has basses in the Kingdom of Libya, Free French Africa and Free British Africa.
WI Mussolini borrows poison gas from Hitler, Axis shows off its WMD in action once again, and world huffs and puffs and does nothing. Just a theory.
I doubt that very much. At the very best, Italy gets back Libya, but that's it.

(OOC: The Philippines remained a U.S. Commonwealth in the Fatherland timeline. It is unknown if it became a state or retained its commonwealth status years later like the Marianas and Puerto Rico. Also, I'm not sure how many states the United States has in this Alternate 2019).
