does anybody have good maps for the subdivisions of colonial Africa

I threw together this, Africa in 1950 on QBAM
I'm not 100% sure about the accuracy of some divisions, I had to eyeball some of them, the resources I found for Uganda were conflicting, and I couldn't find info at all for the Cameroons or French Morocco, but I did my best. Hope it helps.
I might expand this into a world map.

The problem is is that my world map is 1914

I think Egypt needs some work. For example the Sinai was one governorate and the Suez Canal Zone was not Egyptian yet.

Also, Sudan only had 9 provinces at this time.

Yes, the map I linked to for Sudan shows 9 provinces, so I believe those were correct (even if Sudan's external borders were different)
