Kaiserreich: Legacy of the Weltkrieg

I'm ashamed to ask here, but anyone know how to add the mod for HOI4? Is my first time trying anything related to HOI4 and mods. There any place where I could get the mod in english?
Do not worry. Do you have steam? if so just find Kaiserriech in the workshop and click subscribe. Then open HOI4, and on the launcer click the mods tabs, then enable Kaiserriech.

Love the update on Puyi. KR's writing has been getting better and better, I'd love to see what's done with him.

Hope that Russia, France, Spain, and Scandinavia get updates in version 10 or 11, too. :)

The main problem with Britain is that the Syndie options are so bland. This is probably because Britain's already been reformed into a fairly model syndicalist nation (the trade union congress replaced the old government, and immediately passed a law saying that every adult is a member of the TUC with full voting rights), but still--we need to have something like...

--Kenney can try to negotiate between the Germans and French, and leave the Internationale if the Sorellians get power and go insane.
--Horner gets big boosts to resource production and gets SPREADING THE REVOLUTION focuses in the various colonial regions that can, for example, start a Red revolt in the Congo if Göring isn't removed from power.
--Mann has to play a balancing act through decisions, events, and foci, sort of like how the PLC if it forms has to balance polish and lithuanian interests.
Adding to this:
--Kenney is the idealistic one, and playing her therefore can get you diplomatically fucked if you're unlucky or not careful.
--Horner is more aggressive than any other British option but Mosley, but is dependent on the rest of the world being more authoritarian. If the Reformgruppe get power or German East Asia goes for a compromise solution, he'll have a lot more trouble expanding the Red world outside of Europe.
--Mann is Hard Mode, in that you'll be burning currency to keep Britain afloat for a few years. However, he also has some late-game buffs that make Britain a beast, essentially making Mann the UoB's carry character.

Meanwhile for France:
--Power struggle via events of Travailleurs vs. Jacobins, with Anarchistes and Sorellians waiting in the wings. Anarchistes split from Travailleurs and you can either convince them to re-join, fight them politically, or have them pull even more support from the Travailleurs. Option 1 means syndie victory, option 2 gives you a chance at a Jacobin victory, option 3 lets the Anarchistes and Makhno take power. However, if the election deadlocks in option #2, you can also have the Sorellians coup or take power through a surprise surge in the polls, turning France into a CommieNazi dystopia run by French-Nazis-with-a-red-coat-of-paint. Makhno leaves your regular army somewhat disorganized but gives massive buffs on core provinces--your plan with him is to hunker down and wait for America to save the day. With the syndies, you get massive industrial bonuses. Jacobins get revanchist propaganda and bonuses to manpower + army attack, but are weak on defense and suffer dangerously low stability and issues consolidating power. Sorellians are similar but their death cult lowers stabiliy while strengthening divisions. Both are more aggressive in terms of play.

Just my 2 cents anyway.

So, uh, who are the morally worst Kaiserreich characters, I really like how the lore tries to show a character to its politicians. I really want to know most of them.

Oh Pelley and Sternberg, I really want to know about those two. Beria also did have a career ITTL, right? Even if couldn't do much, he still managed to do a fair amount of fucked up shit, right?

Codreneau (Iron Guard Romania leader) is a tyrannical psychopath who has Jews murdered and hung up on meat hooks.
Boris Savinkov is a transparent analogue for Hitler and is assumed by much of the fandom to be a bloodthirsty revanchist bent on slaughtering half of Europe.
Oswald Mosley is a power-hungry sociopath who wants to be Big Brother.
Georges Valois is a lunatic Commie Nazi who wants to turn France into a horrifying hybrid of Nazi Germany and the USSR.
Hermann von Göring is literally Hermann Göring and rules half of Africa as his personal Heart of Darkness.
William Dudley Pelley is an insane megalomaniac who wants to enslave black people, put anyone who disagrees with him in a concentration camp, and turn America into a vaccine-denying KKK-ruled hellhole.
Chandra Bose is a totalitarian dictator wannabe who wants to turn India into a nationalist dictatorship with a red coat of paint.
The Japanese militarist faction are ultranationalist Kool-Aid-drinking lunatics who view every non-Japanese culture as inherently inferior and unworthy of anything but serving Japan as glorified chattel.
Manuel Carles is a brutal revanchist who seeks to root out socialism by the sword. Think Pinochet on steroids.
Fonte is a literal bandit with a red coat of paint who turns Argentina into a freaking armed camp/warlord state hybrid if he wins.
The Patriotten (furthest-left faction) in the Netherlands seek to ban capitalist thoughts.
The Centre Party/Australasia Guard are straight-up fascists.
The Saudis are the Saudis, corrupt thugs who're pandering to religious fanatics to loot Arabia for all it's worth.
Ungern Khan wants to found a new Mongol Horde and kill everything in his path as he believes he's the new Genghis Khan.

A tier below that are guys like Marcel Deat, Kurt von Schleicher, MacArthur, and Browder.

Beria is a petty dictator in Georgia. He's a monster, but currently he's restricted to the bush leagues because the other psychos are much more powerful.

Where I can see their KR exclusive deeds? Only in the game, right? Or there some sort of fanmade lore wikia? (The actual wikia seems to be lacking)
