Would someone be able to make a coat of arms that quarters a blue harp on white, a ring on a blue field, three black nails on a white field, and a golden lion's head on a blue field?

A request for a series of flags (high quality please?):

1: A horizontal tricolor with (top to bottom) red, forest green, and white. In the center of the flag, there is a circular COA with rolling hills colored in gold (kinda tongue-and-cheek for the whole reason why the colony was established), below it runs a flowing river. In the upper center of the COA, above the hills, will be an owl (portrayed facing the viewer directly similarly to the eagle in the Great Seal of the United States), in its left claw holding a skull, and in the right holding an orchid flower. The COA itself is surrounded by an olive wreath, colored in gold.
The flag symbolizes the history of Klien Venedig, from when colonists from the Free City of Augsburg first settled in search for gold, in spite of deadly disease and conflict with the natives, to the Technocratic Revolution of Klien Venedig, which itself was bloody. In the pursuit of knowledge and betterment, the nation is burdened with its history but hopeful for a better future.

2: This flag has a plain red field, with a yellow Chinese dragon flying in an upward position towards the left (stylized like the Qing dragon) holding a white goblet and a golden sword. Behind it's tail, four horses follow, all colored in black.

3: A vertical tricolor (left to right) blue, white, green, and red. Between the two central colors, a saffron tiger (stylized similarly to the WWF panda). Below the saffron tiger, a saffron crescent with a banner saying "Liberté, Equalité, Fraternité."

4: An orange field with a black triple-headed eagle, with a hammer in one claw, and a broken crown in the other. Above the heads is a crown more decorated than the broken crown, and on the chest is a kite shield.
In the alternate WW2 of my TL, a radicalized Russian Empire allies with the Italian Socialist Union and the French People's Congress (out of mutual desperation) to combat the Allies, led by Germany, Britain, Aragon, Cajuterra (TTL's Brazil, but Anglicized), and the US. After the war was lost, the Russian Empire was fractured into multiple states to avoid another Russian-led World War. In the Volga River Valley between Central Asia and Ukraine, four nations we formed: the Volga German County (under semi-autonomous administration of the German Empire), the South Russian Federation (capital in Tsaritsyn), the Kuban Cossack Union, and the Don Republic. In the central valleys around Moscow and in the North, the Grand Duchy of Moscow, the Novgorod Republic, the Kursk Republic, Greater Tatarstan, Ural Federation, and the Komi Republic. East of the Ural Mountains are the united nationstates of Siberia and Turkestan, both propped up by the Allies to be politically and militarily powerful to withstand Russian aggression (mostly speculated to be coming from Moscow).

In the 1970s, during modernization of the Russian nations, significant portions of the population in North Russia voiced their nationalistic intentions of reuniting Russia. All around the region, far-right politicians who boasted for Russians to free themselves from the Allies' system of power and become a strong union to combat Western aggression were elected into office. Referendums were held across all of these nations, and they voted to reform the Russian National Federation. With spiteful nationalist pride, the Russians began a domestic campaign to raise a large army to invade Europe and "reclaim Russian supremacy."

5: A purple field with a circular COA in the center, surrounded by a gold olive wreath. Inside the COA, a field with rows of cotton on the left side, and a pile of brazilwood on the right burning. In the upper region of the COA, the same owl from the other COA is used, but with a book in one claw, and a sextant in the other. On the book reads, "Scientia et Labor." The owl also wears a crown of crimson cattleya flowers.
American colonists from Florida to Rupert's Land revolted in the American Revolution, and when it was won, as assured by the French in the Treaty of Paris, the British lost all of their North American colonies (except New Wales aka the Republic of Caribia aka a fabricated landmass in the southern Caribbean). An international incident occured between Britain and Portugal that granted the British a casus belli to acquire all of Portuguese America, which looked to be a very profitable venture from sugar and cotton as compensation for the loss of the American colonies. The British won and took over Brazil, which they immediately began an Anglicization program in 1798, which enforced speaking and writing the English language. By 1840, the Industrial Revolution was about to kick off starting with the invention of the cotton gin coming from America.

Slave populations tripled in Brazil, and a growing amount of people who started to resent the new system of cotton barons, especially from England, who ruled every aspect of society. The aristocrats also clinged on to customs that were seen by Brazilian intellectuals as "arbitrary shells of modern-age chivalry and logic." A movement began after corrupt aristocrats neglected to help the population with tropical diseases that communities trusted their doctors more than their political leaders. Some doctors moved into having political careers, and went to Parliament about the issue. A lack of coherence has resulted in a hysteria of confusion in the colony. An angry protestor at the St. Paul March of 1854 threw a rock at a British soldier, who was a started private, and shots fired. This singular event caused a series of unfortunate events that started the Cajuterran Revolution. "Cajuterra" was a name conceived by a collaboration of lobbyists who had anticolonial sentiment, and those lobbyists vouched newspapers to spread the word of the Cajuterran Revolution, to purge the namesake of Brazil and all of its colonial meanings.

After 5 long years of battle, the British agreed to concede Cajuterran independence in 1859. The first Cajuterran Congress agreed on instead of trusting power to the wealthy, they would allow the people to trust power to the qualified. Doctors, engineers, scientists were among the highest of the roster who became the powerful. After the Cajuterran Parliament was formed, there were 547 seats, with 2 seats being occupied by the Prime Minister (Speaker of the House) and the Chief Minister (Chief Executive). In Cajuterran philosophy, dubbed "Technocracy", they usually allude to Athena being the personification of the nation, as the foremost goals of Cajuterra is to maintain peace and pursue knowledge.
Hey, can anyone please make these flags?

Could any make Flag for the Free State of Obcidens... if you read break-away state of USA from much worse civil war that essential become Greenback domainted to Mutualist-dominated State
I'm not clear where the FSO originated from. Can you explain a bit more please.

That's rather a lot of work. It's essentially 5 complex images from scratch. Even the flag without a CoA involves drawing an image rather than minor modifications of free graphics.

No promises but if I get time this weekend I'll have a basic one drawn up.

Unfortunately the thread didn't specify where it was, and how it came to be.
Uh? If the North is new england, new york and new jersey. The South is all dixiedom and Texas.

I mean shouldn't you able to figure that out.

and how it came to be.
It literally does? This poof that you didn't read or at least didn't understand the information...

Did you skim-read or something? Please don't make me frustrated...

As you know there war between the Free State of Obcidens, the Federation of New England(Free United States at time) and Confederacy...

As you both know during Kansas–Nebraska Act it would had seem that the potentiality Free-soilers and Whigs however due two conflicting personalities and policies, the two never been in together in the common cause of abolitionism causing a permanent split between the populist abolitionist and whiggish which had forever probably damn the Union for good
Like these two sentence alone, should give something to go off on or the fact event is ATL American Civil war. Or maybe the fact stated it come from Version of American Civil War even thing collapse ever further...

Please understand my confusion

Rather than expect people to figure it out from RP clues perhaps you could provide a clearer summary?
It's too early for me to solve puzzles and put up with questions about my intelligence.

Maybe you should go sleep and wake up refreshed...

I am not question your Intelligence, but the fact you didn't quickly realise it take place in North america should be puzzling for you...

Hopefully then you see that I had my reasons, and didn't just see fit to act like this just as fit

I don't think YOU quite understand.
I know it takes place in N America and from an alt Civil War. What I'm asking for is where and why. The founding affects the symbols the "obcidentists" would use.

Just going to echo The Professor's sentiments here. I'd also like to raise a concern I have about some of the designs, in particular 2's: The four black horses both make an otherwise straightforward design harder to create and (personally) detract from the dragon motif by hogging precious space.

That aside, 2, and 4 seem marginally easier to make than 1 and 5, which entails creating coats of arms wih unique elements and symbols from scratch. 3's relatively simple in comparison to tracing a three-headed eagle or a golden dragon, though the color scheme may clash with the rest of the "tetra-"color.
