Google translate has proven to be unreliable here.

"Tijd om nu te laat te handelen" is read as: It is time to act too late. The proper construction would be something like this: "Het is tijd voor actie, voordat het te laat is!"

The German and French one are also definitely off for the second part, but i leave it to the native speakers too offer the correct constructions. Spanish I can't judge.

Also "Stemmen" is amongst others the imperative plural form. That is not impossible here, but it just sounds plain rude in Dutch. Better to use the singular form "Stem!"
My feeling is that this is also the case here for the German and French. German would be better : "Wählt!" and French: "Votez!" Looking at some spanish election posters I see there: "Vota"
