For the 'Thousand Week Reich' timeline (https://www.alternatehistory.com/fo...-victory-scenario.444582/page-6#post-17961474). Messed around a bit, relatively quickly made a flag for the International Organisation for Reconstruction in Europe, which was a UN-agency-style organisation formed in the aftermath of the end of Nazism in the early 1960s to deal with peacekeeping, humanitarian work, physical reconstruction, temporary civil administration in areas in which this was necessary, diplomacy etc.
Nazi wins story. With the rise of Fascism after the end of WW2, it was no surprise that Fascism would find itself making strong footholds within the United States, resulting in the League of America winning control of the Unites States. Winning the country was surprisingly easy. Keeping it was harder.
The battle for America was won, but the war had just begun. Many partisan militias formed against the Legion, and other Axis allies. Two of the most influential, included the US based Children Of Liberty, and the larger Children of Zion.
The Children of Liberty was an almost textbook definition of "Ragtag group", it's ranks consisting of the downtrodden, the minorities (Including people of colour, members of the LGBT community, Communist, and even Jews), and even double agents, former soldiers, and even writers. The Children of Liberty was known for using tactics such as kidnappings, blackmail, planting bombs in police stations (Due to help from the inside), assassinations, transporting people (Mostly cripples, family members, and people at risk of being killed) into the Independent Quebec, and even secretly leaking out fraudulent information by hiding them magazines.
The Children of Zion was one of the more iconic partisan militias. Their ranks were almost exclusively Jewish, and their tactics were similar to that of the Children of Liberty, though usually sticking to the shadows. Some members were so devoted to the cause, that some of them even wore the Star of David openly, either on their jewellery, or sown into their clothing (Some even tattooed it). One member of The Children of Zion said of it "If you got it, flaunt it".

On the TV I watched this new footage from some country in latin america. It’s flag was green, with a yellow diamond in the centre. The footage was from some sort of political rally. The countries president, and or dictator for life, was a man, between his late fifties, early sixties, with balding grey hair, with a grey moustache, and somewhat overweight. There was some protestors at his rally, and he proceeded to pick up a huge as hell machine gun, and fired with a gleeful smile at the protestors. Apparently there was civil unrest between the “Elitist” and the civilians, devolving into a full fledge civil war in the streets. I found myself, shoving shotgun bullets into my pockets, and looking for somewhere to hide.
I found myself sitting outside, overlooking what looked like some sort of arabic or middle eastern city (though it could've been anywhere), the sky turning red as the sun went down. I was sitting with this Vince Vaughn looking reporter in a mustered coloured suit, who was eating chips. I remembered we were talking about something which was occurring within an arabic or middle eastern country, possibly a controversial election. I saw a flag flying near by, it had red and white stripes, which gave way to a diamond in the centre, within that was a white swastika.
I really love the "Nazi" flag, could i use it for something if i can have an idea for? Obviusly crediting you.

It's army was crushed by German one at battle of Linz, that three months after retook Wien.
Socialist Austria was never a serious threat to Germany, but was the tombstone for the double monarchy, which was confined only to Hungary.

The Commonwealth, unlike Texas and the Confederacy, Louisiana chose to become a monarchy, under the rule of Isaiah Clement also known as King Isaiah I, as well as Le Soleil Levant. The Commonwealth would also be known for its enslavement of their former tormentors, and their heated rivalry with the Confederacy.
The Commonwealth would go on to control Mississippi, as well as liberate and claim Cape Town, Jamaica, Haiti, Puerto Rico the Dominican Republic, and even Eastern Cuba.

The Confederacy. There is the occasional small fight, but they usually end in stalemates and "tactical fallbacks" as the Confederacy says.

I actually really like the combination of blue and cyan. To me, they aren't two shades of the same color, but different hues altogether, and have quite different symbols and associations.

The capital, Chelomey, is a small city of 200,000 centered around the seaport, which serves as a hub for transportation all across Mars' northern hemisphere. Some small scale agriculture of potato, broccoli, cabbage, and strawberry occurs on the surface during the summer weeks in the southernmost reaches of the the southwards-facing peninsula on which Chelomey is located, but most occurs underground in fission-heated bunkers and most of the food is imported anyway. Most of the economic activities of the hinterland revolve around mining of uranium, iron, copper, niobium, potassium, and aluminium, and nuclear-heated mining communities are connected by railways stretching across the ice. Whaling and sealing occur off the coast as well as fishing of shrimp, shark, halibut, haddock, cod, and Chryse Nelma. The deep blue represents the Acidalian Ocean, the cyan represents the sky, the white represents the clouds, and the two crescents represent Phobos and Deimos.

Can't speak for the author here, but it might be because purple is a colour associated with royalty.

It seems like Argentina is a Canada analogue in this TL, which is interesting.
