I was the one who added Jimmy Carter and George Wallace to the 2012 leaderboard. I've been working on trying to change colors, and while you can definitely alter-them in the game itself (doing things such as Atlas colors in 2012, replacing Republican/Democrat with Reform/Green colors in 2000, I also gave Jimmy Carter I believe a yellow color in the 2012 run I placed him into) it will never stick to the leaderboard.
