After the death of Tito Yugoslavia takes up a federal constitution like the US and holds it's first election. The nationalists are unable to secure a majority so any constitutional change that let's the Croatia, Slovania, macidonia and Bosnia -herzegovina leave is not passed. The nationalist leaders try to break away from Yugoslavia by force but are quickly crushed by the Yugoslavic army. So, will this United Republics of Yugoslavia which is a federation resemble Romania, US, Austria, Hungary, Germany , Russia , France,U.K or Spain more in the present era ? It will be part of NATO but will it be a part of the E.U?

There's no saving Yugoslavia after the limping gorilla took power, every single thing was deliberately done to create long-term instability
No it will be a federal union like the US will Both States and the Federal Governments having a say the in the country's policies .
It will have an army loyal to none but the nation and it's military commanders. It's militarily chiefs would not be appointed but be promoted/selected by previous heads of the divisions of the Military. There will a coup in 1996by the then President with the help of the police and different militias eventually leading to a civil war into which the Armed Forces(Backed by all the Western countries but U.K) will fight the Police, Military Police and Different Militias (Backed By Russia ,Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, China and Secretly U. K). The U. K Secertly Supported the Dictatorship as after the opening of the market, U. K companies rushed into the country and tool control of everything ,thus practically turning The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia into a British Colony and The other countries supported the Dictatorship as the governments in those was highly anti-west thus seeing the potential fall of the Dictatorship in Yugoslavia as encroachment by the west. This 5 years long will see one of the bloodiest conflicts on the European Continent ever and the allying of UK with the former Soviet states and Russia as they seemed to have fairly common interest now.This Conflict ended in 2001 and saw an astounding armed forces victory.The Armed Forces set up a transitional government and set the country towards holding it's first free and fair elections in 2007.The Armed Forces essential did for the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia what ataturk did for Turkey, just the difference is that Ataturk eventually died (and now see what condition Turkey is in), But the Armed Forces would not die as the are a part of the Nation( Remember NOT A PART OF THE GOVERNMENT, SO NOT LOYAL TO IT, ONLY TO TGE NATION) .
The F.R.Y also got into a war with Albania and Bulgaria as they invaded In 2003 to annex the native Albanian and The native Macedonians into the countries respectively thinking that the recently war torn country was easy pickings ,but the
