No Serbian Krajina? Clearly wimps or traitors made this map. On a side note, I like to think the Ottomans reannexed Bulgaria and Greece in this.Found it by accident
Antarctic Claims According to the Defrontation Theory
From west to east: Ecuador (90 W), Peru (81 19 49 W), Chile (80 50 15 W), Argentina (67 16 50 W), Uruguay (56 39 53 W) and Brazil (53 22 10 W to 24 W).

Defrontation seems to be based on a Spanish term or something. When I googled it the first result was on Antarctic claims. Peru apparently claims they have the rights reserved for land and stewardship over an area, should they decide to make a claim. It links to a Wikipedia page describing it, but it is purely in Spanish. Perhaps the map or map it was based on was made to ridicule the idea.I had no idea that (other than Chile and Argentina) had any claims to Antarctica.

That is one massive Serbia.

Map of the Soviet land development projects as planned by Stalin. The canal you see coming from the Amu Darya destroyed the Aral Sea.
Great propaganda title though, "SOCIALISM BUILDS A NEW WORLD"Stalin was in favour of "we must build a canal". Regardless of what it took.

And Soviet wanted to fix it by building… another canal that would reroute waters of Ob, Irtysh and Yenisey towards the Aral Sea:The canal you see coming from the Amu Darya destroyed the Aral Sea.

I can think of one better; splitting a super continent with one tiny (length wise) canal.Nothing says "screw nature" like building a massive canal.
I can think of one better; splitting a super continent with one tiny (length wise) canal.
That also works. How about splitting an even bigger super continent with a (somewhat longer) canal.
With that kind of mega-project, wouldn’t it be better just to build a canal from Moscow to the Baltic?
If there is one thing communists love more than killing nobility and proving their superiority to capitalists, its impracticality. With that kind of mega-project, wouldn’t it be better just to build a canal from Moscow to the Baltic?
