It's not really important, but '83 would be preferable.The targets really depends on when the war occurs; a war in 1950 would be very different from one in 1962 or 1983.

Well I think that at least most of land in northern Ukraine and Belarus weren´t heavily populated (swamps, woods and another swamps), so there wouldn´t be so much non-poles from them? (but yeah, still many Ukraininans, Belarusians and Lithuanians )Also it pretty audacious to actually admit in a visual format that Poles are a minority in like half the land they're claiming.
