Just some friendly advice - You normally don't put the "Jr." or "II" when you're just listing their surnames.

And if you're taking from British custom, it's just the title. So it would go like this... "Pakington, Thomason, Effingham, Strickland"... "Abrams, AuCoin, McCormack, Regan, Gilbert, McCandless", you get it.
