Very nice! I generally live by the rule that light blue should never go on a flag but the white band in between in blue and the contrasting dark orange certainly makes this flag an exception.
To be honest, all of the flags for this TL are very well done, you have an excellent taste for color and designing flags.

It doesn’t. It is celebrating its Dutch heritage. The flag of New York City for example is *very* similar to the Prisenvlag.
Being a Hoosier I am quite curious to see what happenes with humble Indiana, curious to see how exactly it’s life is inside of the MWC when that rolls about. Just please, if you go the rout that most Communist Midwest TLs do and have Chicagoland as a separate state in the commune, at least go as far as Newton County. People don’t tend to realize but most of northwest Indiana ties in more with Chicago than people give them credit for. Hell, most of my news stations are from Chicago for God’s sake.

Well, I was actually planning to have the Chicagoland area be sort of a wealthy area from all the investments going there.
