Francis Del Criox
Main protagonist of the original Magische Sterne video game trilogy.
Set in a magical galaxy filled with various fantasy and extra terrestrial races. The original trilogy follows Francis Del Criox the crown prince of the Archduchy of Terryst, a peaceful interstellar monarchy. After its conquest at the hands of the Iron Order, an obvious analogue to various Syndicalist regimes. And his fight to reclaim his birthright and liberate his people.
Over the course of the original trilogy Francis gains a number of various memorable friends and allies along the way. While giving the players various possible routes and different endings depending on the players choices. With two of the games most notable features being Francis's gradual change from a normal albiet magically powered human to a heavily augmented cyborg. Where the player through their choices can either have Francis still retain his original humanity or fully embrace his changes becoming coldly calculating and soul devouring tyrant in the making.
The other feature is it's near seamless blending of various fantasy and sci-fi elements. Including the fusion of technology and magic thanks to application of Serinium a mysterious magic producing element left over by the Ancients and the feul source of nearly all technology in the galaxy.
