For whatever reason I made a map of the 2014 Brazilian Presidential election with an electoral college consisting of 467 electoral votes and the rule that no state can have less than 3 electoral votes.

Dilma Roussef (Workers Party) 265 EV.
Aécio Neves (Social Democratic Party) 238 EV.

Feel free to scrutinize it if you think my math was off.

Wow, and I thought the Wyoming rule threw off the math in the USA...

Skaggert became the first Democrat to win Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Tennessee since 2068. and the first Democrat to win a majority of counties since 2052. he also became the first Democrat in history to win Riley County, Kansas.
Well now we need to see 2052 and 68.

I made a 2016 polling graph for this PoD-no Comey letter. Note the swings differ at different times and the polls are all the same until October 28, this is based off the OTL RCP polling average.
