Here's what flipping the PV winner in every presidential election since 2000 looks like:

Hillary Clinton / Tim Kaine - 210 EV, 45.93%
How'd you get the outcomes for each state?

Does anybody know if there's a map like the one used by USA Election Atlas for Presidential Elections, but with Mexican States and or Canadian Provinces included?

If you took out the Ford and Carter color key up there, I could buy this as a weird 1992 map.
Ask and you shall receive:
With Ross Perot's selection of Jerry Brown as his running mate, their independent campaign does significantly better. This, alongside Clinton doing worse because of multiple gaffes on the campaign trail and Bush doing worse because of a loss of more rural voters to Perot along with some good old fashioned vote splitting, cause the Electoral College to deadlock. The election went to Congress, Ross Perot was chosen has a compromise President while Al Gore would serve as Vice President. The Reform Party would be created by Ross Perot in 1993 and would begin the Sixth Party System.

Bill Clinton (D-AR)/Al Gore (D-TN) 213 Electoral Votes
Ross Perot (I-TX)/Jerry Brown (I-CA) 202 Electoral Votes
George H.W. Bush (R-TX)/Dan Quayle (R-IN) 113 Electoral Votes

The 2116 Presidential election was between popular two-term Georgia governor Ross Skaggert and freshman Nebraska Senator Lincoln Michaels. Michaels was a gaffe-prone far-right nationalist and Skaggert was seen as a centrist, bi-partisan Southern populist. Skaggert picked popular California Senator Sandra Harris as his running mate, while Michaels chose Utah Congressman Carter McMullin (grandson of former Utah Governor Evan McMullin). in the end, Skaggert won the popular vote 62-37 and won all but 9 states. Michaels essentially abandoned the South during the campaign and instead focused his resources out west and in the Rust Belt, but his strategy clearly didn't work too well. Skaggert became the first Democrat to win Alabama, Arkansas, Missouri, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Tennessee since 2068. and the first Democrat to win a majority of counties since 2052. he also became the first Democrat in history to win Riley County, Kansas.

The 1997 New York Election
was an landslide victory for the New York Labor Party, who received 63.5% of the seats in the New York Assembly.
Labor - 127
Conservative - 50
Liberal (Lib Dems) – 14
Champlain Unionist (UUP) – 3
Long Island Statehood (SNP) - 2
Erie Party (Plaid Cymru) – 1
Nous-Mêmes (Sinn Féin) - 1
SDLP - 1
Independent - 1

Basically, I took the 1997 British Election and transposed it onto New York, noting its three major third parties over the years could have names that parallel Britain's
