Headquarters Royal Hawaiian Intelligence Agency: The maps that were found in Bolivia were being run through a computer research program. Hopefully the computers would quickly find a match. The Poison gases found were also being run through testing to find a match for where they may have been manufactured. Information that might be of use to the police investigation was turned over to the Royal Hawaiian Constabulary. From there information was passed on to the FBI, Scotland Yard and the German and Austrian Police.

Inspector Chan of the Royal Hawaiian Constabulary left Hawaii with three other officers of the Constabulary. He landed in the United States where he was joined by a team from the FBI and left for France. There he was met by The French DSGI and a team of agents from the British. Inspector Chan checked with everyone to insure that the search was proceeding and left for Sweden. There he was met by Swedish Security officals and remained until the information was gathered before flying to Germany.

The Police and Security Forces quickly went through the records of the companies while the Security services looked for export documents. Finally the search was rewarded by documents indicating who had purchased the equipment. Records from France Sweden and Germany clearly pointed toward the group. Inspector Chan with officials from Germany and the Britian went to Switzerland and obtained order seizing a bank account and records which also indicated purchased back nearly 40 years previously. Swiss authorities arrested several individuals. They were charge with terrorism.

Ambassador Harold Taoma of the Kingdom of Hawaii had a meeting with the Czar of all the Russians. With him was Inspector John Martinsen of the Royal Hawaiian Constabulary> The Inspector was part of the special Investigation Tasf Force and was handling information regarding an organization located in the Caucausas region called Black Cross. He explained to the Czar that this organization was related to a terrorist group responsible for a biological attack in the Balkans and there was evidence that it was also involved with another group in the attack in Affrica. The Czar asked questions and then summoned the Head of the Russian Special Forces. He directed him to eliminate this terrorist group from Russia.

The Prime Minister had all of the cabinet officers prepare their budget request for the next fiscal year. She reminded all to keep their spending down as there was a limit to th amount of money available. The only special project that would not see a reduction was the Counter-terrorist Program currently funded under a special program. The Program was funding the Special operations of the Royal Hawaiian Constabulary, Royal Hawaiian Intelligence Agency, Royal Hawaiian Army Chemical & Biological Warefare and the Special Operations group of the Royal Hawaiian Military. Inspector Chan of the RHC was currently supervising operations in Europe.

The new year brought a lot of stress as the Prime Minister and the Cabinet struggled over spending. Secretary of Defense Thomas was attempting to control spending and at the same time modernize the armed forces. The 2nd carrier was under construction and the navy had reduced it plans to build a lot of nuclear submarines. The Minister class of Destroyers was continuing to be built replacing the Weapons class which had been sold off to Brazil and now the Republic of China. The money earned was funding the construction of the much more advanced Minister class. Hawaii was a key player in the hunt for the terrorist responsible for the death of millions. It was coordinating the efforts of Great Britain, Austria, Germany, Brazil and the United States. It had also dealt with the Russians and the French. The Empire of the Rising Sun had approached the Hawaiian Government with an offer to help provide information in Asia , especially among former parts of its empire.
The Republic of China's new President had also sought to co-operate with the Hawaiians in the manner.

The Emergency Phone rang in the Headquarters of the Royal Hawaiian Constabulary. Indications were that it was coming from Germany. Inspector Charles Lee answered the phone and was pleased that he recognized the voice on the other end as that of Inspector Chan. The Inspector said he was calling with bad news that needed to be passed upstairs to the Commissioner and to the Prime Minister. There had been a series of terrorist bombings in Europe, Middle East and North Africa. On the island of Sicily two bombs had gone off killing 80 and wounding 120, another bomb had gone off in Athens, one in Belgrade and one in Nice. Two bombs had exploded in the Ethiopian Capital, one in Cairo and one in Istanbul. Bombs had been discovered in Kiev, Munich, Warsaw and Brussels but they had all been defused. It appeared that the Terrorist were striking back. Fortunately , these were conventional bombs not bio-weapons. Reports from the Caucasus region indicated that the Russian Special Forces had taken out a Black Cross base but resistance had been fierce. The Russian Military had bombed another suspected base and explosions had been reported. Inspector Chan then stated that the recommendation from the task force was to put the Kingdom on a heighten state of alert and to check anyone entering the Kingdom.

The various Police and Security Services of Europe were working together to track down those responsible. The Germans scored a major victory by catching up with those terrorist that had struck there. Out of the six suspects 4 were killed and two were wounded and taken prisoner. German authorities also worked hard with the Austrians and Poles to round up a group that was attempting to hide in the border region. Inspector Chan was with the Austrian Special Security forces when they managed to capture three of the people responsible for the Athen's Bombing. The Bristish Coastal Patrol engaged a vessel which was trying to smuggle someone into Britain. Agents of MI-5 and the British Constabulary took 4 suspects into custody. Since they were found with explosives they were charged with planning to carry out a terrorist act.

In Portugal a suspicious Police officer called for help and when it didn't arrive quick enough he took action. He order the suspect to raise his hands and managed to spot a confederate drawing a gun. He fired his pistol Killing the would be assassin and wounding the suspect. When additional forces arrived they sealed off the area and called for a bomb disposal group.
Despite initial success by the terrorist it appeared that the Security services were gaining the upper hand.
