The PDF "Memorial submitted by the Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya" has a good number of interesting maps towards the end of the document showing claims through the 19th and 20th century. It's a big pdf at 25mb.

Someone should totally do a timeline where that proposal is implemented (or at least attempted). Why not add Corsica to Sardinia as an additional humiliation? What other options would there be for an alternate Vienna peace?
