How could a statelet in Latin America, run by ODESSA Nazis who escaped after WWII, have come into existence in some remote corner of the continent such as in the middle of the Amazon on the Paraguay-Brazil border (the former whose Stroessner regime was very pro-Nazi) or in some remote region of Patagonia ? Perhaps thru a greater level of overt support by such regimes as Stroessner's and Peron's ? What'd be the reaction of the rest of the world ? Would the US and Britain have immediately launched an invasion to stamp out these Nazi holdouts, or would they have welcomed the ODESSA-run statelet as an ally in the Cold War as the CIA and other Western intelligence agencies like ASIO in Australia did re former Nazis who were recruited as agents ?
