WI Mary Tudor and Louis XII had issue? Could this lead to a personal union of England and France after Elisabeth I? Or give a pretext to the French King to claim the English Crown?

    Mary Tudor

It this child is a boy, he will be the heir to the French throne. His father is elderly and won't live long enough to see him succeed. This situation would also complicate Mary's re-marriage interests. She could not marry Charles Brandon. I assume she would be allowed to leave France once her son came of age. Later on, the French would naturally push for the succession of Mary after the death of Edward VI. I would expect a French invasion of England that complicates the royal aspirations of Elizabeth.

Lets say that the child is named Henry... ascends the throne as Henry II when he is a minor... He would be an adult when his cousin Edward VI dies heirless... He could pursue his claim then... with the backing of Scotland (unless James VI supports that he has a higher claim... which he has indeed)
