Looking it up, when Amazon released its pilots last year, it took until about mid-March before it greenlit them (it greenlit like 80% of the selections). So I imagine we'll learn whether or not this will be continued (and I'm willing to bet it will be) sometimes during the March-April period.

Although the Obergruppenfuehrer with the American accent for some reason made me think of The Blues Brothers.
I liked that touch. It signifies that there are a lot of collaborators in America by the 1960s, and some of them are in very high positions of power.
The map showed Canada partitioned like the US. It looked like BC (and northward I assume) is under Japanese Pacific States, Alberta (and northward I assume) is Neutral Zone, and the rest is Greater German Reich.

That's actually what happened with the real life American Neo-Nazis, who actually went so far as to avoid calling themselves "The American National Socialist Party", so yeah it's highly possible.
