I know I might get flack for this since someone already did a Fallout game rundown for Tl-191 but this is my version. A map may come from me, idqk.
Fallout in Tl-191
Fallout is a game series produced by Interplay Entertainment in 1998. Fallout (commonly referred to as Fallout 1) is set in the 2140s in a post apocalyptic Southern California after a nuclear conflict almost 70 years before. Fallout 2 was set in the north from San Fransisco to southern Portland and as far west as Reno. It was mainly the descendent of the main character from the first game going against the remnants of the US government. Fallout 3 was made by Bethesda Arts and was set in a post-apocalyptic DC with a concerning on the water crisis. It's DLCs went to places such as the Swamps of Maryland, and the industrial sector of Pittsburg called The Pitt. Fallout New Vegas was set in New Vegas, a preserved city which was saved from nuclear was by Wallace Stone, its mysterious overseer. Fallout 4 is set in Boston, and Island off the coast of Maine, and an amusement park. Fallout 5 hasn't been confirmed but it's rumored to be set in Louisiana.
The lore of fallout is extremely complicated. But it is speculated that the world diverges in 1917 where Gordon McSweeny isn't killed in Arkansas and is a loyal military man after the war along with different Fizz brands popping up like Nevada Grove, a form of root beer coming in 1919 and the local Maine beverage Vim emerging in 1931. It is said in hidden lore in the terminals around DC that "Lieutenant Major McSweeny" won 2 more medal of honors in the Utah and later drive to the sea campaigns. The US is staunchly Anti-Japanese somewhat Anti-German Imperialist after the Congo Affair and later the South Africa Affair in the 1970s. Meanwhile the transistor, and important invention which gives us the technological world we see today is never invented and the world is stuck in a parallel culture of 1944-1970. This somehow also lead to the superbomb barely being downsized from the aircraft dropped bomb to ballistic missiles. The affairs with Germany quickly died down by 1991 and the US continued to focus on Japan which its empire had nearly collapsed in 1967 after a coup on General Ishii. Japan managed to conform a peace with the National Reconstruction Army after China fell into a second civil war with communist rebels and royalists from Manchuria. In 1982 the US divided itself into 13 commonwealths after the moon landing and the flag was changed into 13 stars surrounding a big one (which represents the Government, capitalism, and how the US has always triumphed in defeat).
The 21st century is where pre-war Fallout lore hits hard. In 2013 Japan manages to detonate its first superbomb and immediately the "Yellow Scare" begins in the USA. In 2000 the Germans and Austrians united Europe into the European Commonwealth based in Berlin. In 2022 the Independence Movement (with no Chennai Pact formed) breaks in two. The Ottomans lead the Islamic League while Brazil lead the South American Economic Union. In 2052 a documentary reveals the oil crisis in Mexico and Texas. A mass panic ensues in the world leading 2 major events to happen in a year. In the Western Hemisphere the US closed the border with Mexico, however when desperate Mexican migrants fired on border patrol the US invaded Mexico which was descending into a second civil war. Oil company's like Poseidon and its puppet Petro Chico filled the gap. The US also annexed Nicaragua and Haiti. In the old world the oil crisis lead to the Europeans lead by a sense of German disparity, invaded the Islamic League. The war was brutal and lasted 8 years. It ended when the Middle East reserves ran out of oil and immediately followed by a limited superbomb exchange in 2060. After this the US started Project: Safeplace, and soon the Safe House Corporation rose. In a defensive move in 2059 the US sets up the Alaska Frontline (since Anchorage is Alaska City the name is changed) to protect US oil interests in Alaska and Canada. Finally in 2066, running out of oil supplies in Indonesia, Japan invaded Alaska to secure the last large reserves of oil and the Alaska Frontline is out to the test.
The Fourth Pacific War was the most notable in the entire series. The US interned millions of its Japanese residents while receiving large numbers of Chinese and Korean volunteers. Texas in 2067 is absorbed by the USA and added to the Texas commonwealth. The war also saw the first deployment of combat robots and power armor against the Japanese. Power armor such as the MK.I were bulky and didn't always work. They also required a complicated Fusion Core. Quebec meanwhile is colonized and absorbed by 2076, the US needed more resources to continue the war. The peak of power armor development came in the 2070s when 3 new models were released. The MK.IIb, a beefier version of the MK.I, the MK.III, and then the X.I prototype (later used by the US remnants (in OTL fallout the X-01 is pre-war according to the information Bethesda provided)). The US declares martial law after rioting requires the use of power armor to put down. Military checkpoints are set up across the country. In January of 2077 Alaska is liberated. Also since 2072 the US with its ANZAC allies had been fighting across East Asia and had even landed in places like Formosa and in mid-2077 invaded Kyushu.
On October 23rd, 2077 the world went to hell. No one knows who fired first but the Nuclear War as its called lasted 2 hours and saw the major destruction of the world and mass holocaust of the worlds remaining populations with billions dead. Only a few made it to the experiments that were the Safe Houses. Many more died in the hidden shelters.

Here is the map of January 1st, 2077. The Great European War is in stalemate with the cease fire on the Spanish Front, the war had been raging since 2060 after the end of the Euro-League War. The reason Europe is at war is 2 things, old fires have been rekindled, and they are fighting over the last resources in Europe. Japan is collapsing and Russia has absorbed Kazakhstan and Germanys old eastern puppets. The Ottomans have tried to retain their territory and allies while coping with large swaths of territory to Hejaz, Oman, and "Israel". After the Euro-League War Germany allowed France to re-annex Northern Algeria and they promptly re-Europeanized it. Now the French have to cope with Islamic rebels from Morocco. Quebec is a US territory, it wont be a commonwealth until October 1st, 2077 when the US army finally crushes the Quebecois insurrection. Meanwhile Texas is also absorbed into the Texas commonwealth with their old friends, the State of Houston.

Not bad. I think you could do better with having it take place in different locations than those from the games, but overall, i like how you turned fallout into a TL-191 varriant
