The Joint Military Advisory Group Korea had its work cut out for it. Nearly 1,200 Military personnel were involved in the training program in Korea and another 120 Koreans were undergoing training in either the US of Hawaii. The Korean Military had been teaching its military personnel English for the past 7 years and Korean schools had also found that English classes were always full much more so than Japanese or Chinese.

Tensions between the Han Republic and the Republic of China were increasing and as a result the Hawaiian Asst Secretary of State Paul Aoi met with the two parties in Hong Kong in an attempt to avoid a conflict. The Government of Han had purchased 300 AMX-30 tanks from France as a result of the constant threats.

The Han Republic was also buying French Jets and Armored Personnel carriers as part of an effort to modernize its forces against the threat from the Republic of China.

The Empire of the Rising Sun was concern about the news of the virus impacting Africa. It was worried that it could spread to other parts of the world. So Far the British, French, Hawaiians and Americans had co-ordinated efforts to ensure that no plane or ship left African waters or airspace without an approval.A shoot to kill order had reluctantly been issued for anyone who violated the ban and refused to return to a certified port or airfield.

Tensions between the Republic of China and the Han Republic had been on the Rise. . There had been reports of violation of the neutral zone (demilitarized Zone) and a team of Hawaiian Army personnel had begun to investigate.

The Han Republic was transferring all of the T-61 tanks that it had to independent Tank battalions assigned to each of the Infantry divisions. Plans were that the tanks in the Armored Divisions would all be AMX-30 and the same would be true with the Mechanized divisions.
