[NUCS] How should borders & subdivisions be done?

Here's a poll for y'all. I've taken the most common ways and put them in as options. You have three choices, one for the primary level (national borders), one for the secondary level and one for the tertiary level.

Oh, and before people ask how on Earth one would achieve perfect dotted lines, there's a tool for that in Paint.NET, and since Paint.NET is free and easy on your hard drive as well as RAM, it shouldn't be a problem for you.

Or you could do it the old fashoned way and do it manually.

Yes, but that often does not tend to come out perfectly regarding the distances between the individual pixels

Oh, btw, for the Tertiary, I couldn't really decide, I found them all suboptimal, so I didn't vote.
